Franz Weninger

Kékfrankos Balf, Franz Weninger, 2018

£19.00 Regular price

The Weninger family's winemaking roots can be traced back to 1828. In 2006 Franz and his father started converting to biodynamic farming in order to unlock the full potential of each site and show how sensitive to terroir Kekfrankos is. Kekfrankos is the Hungarian name for Blaufrankisch. Franz vinifies a number of different grape varieties but Kekfrankos is his focus and we can see why.
