The sort of orange wine you can drink all day. Made from Müller Thurgau, it's lean, has hardly any tannins, is soft but crisp at the same time, and just ridiculously quaffable with a slight 'spritz'. An all-weather joy that will work wonders with most foods or as the perfect aperitif.
