The vineyard is managed using a small team, who prune, weed and train the vines each season by hand. Allowing for a tailored approach to each vine and each parcel. The Pot de Fleur comes from a plot of clone 115 vines on the home vineyard, where the soils are a sandy and schist based. The wine undergoes wild, indigenous yeast ferment, with a light, daily punchdown during peak ferment.
Unfined, unfiltered, organic goodness in a bottle. The Pot de Fleur Pinot Noir is our 100% whole-bunch natural wine, made without any preservatives or additives. Aged for 11 months in old French oak barriques. It is ethereal, rounded and perfumed.
