The perfect accompaniment to our baked Vacherin or Tunworth.This was the first East Coast Cured product that we took for the bar way back when they first started out - & it just so happens to be their first ever recipe. It was developed in the eaves of Steven and Susie’s (the founders of East Coast Cured) family home prior to starting commercial production. According to Susie ‘this classic Italian-style salami is flavoured with red wine garlic and black pepper. Best enjoyed thinly sliced with an aperitif or as part of a cheese board with a light to medium bodied Italian red’. Oras we believe dipped in baked Tunworth (or Vacherin).
